New to the Mk3 game

Just got a 90 supra. really nice but its idle is kinda high. its a 3.0L non turbo ppl telll me it could be the TPS but idk and while driveing at like 2500rpm up to like 3000rpm it bucks and shit.. so if anyone can let me no wat they think that would be sick.
