shifter works on both n/a and turbo. recommend replacing the shifter bushing as well. marlin crawler is the best you can get:

for the headlights, I've never heard of that "company" nor have I heard of anyone using them. Ask around on Supramania and see what they have to say (if you haven't done so already).
Sunroof: if it's a reputable company with good feedback, go with them. I've never heard of them, but that's probably because I've never looked for someone to install a sunroof. I have a targa top so no roof mods needed.
