I am pretty sure that you can take the broken stud out and replace it. I think you will need a press or a bottle jack and a block of wood. I always hear of people swapping there studs out for better quality ones, like skunk2 as well as making them longer so they can place a spacer and make it look like there wheels are the perfect off-set.
