If I knew how to upload a pic I could show you exactly where and what she is. It is the ground for your coilpack there is a small screw on the right hand front corner of the pack mount. You cant miss it. Also it is a fusible link wire. So if you gotta replace it dont use a regular wire. They were right on the reply.
