From what I hear a lightweight flywheel will greatly improve the revs of the engine, as for the clutch, I would suggest one that has a stiffer engagement but not a full on racing clutch, even for a non-daily drive a full on racing clutch will be a pita to start in first gear all the time. Also don't forget to get new pilot bearing, master and slave cylinder, and throut bearing when you do your clutch.

If you are worried about the extra boost, check on the wastegate actuator on the turbo, it looks like a small can sitting on it's side with a arm out of the bottom of it. Look at where it mounts to the turbo, if you see washers under the two mounting bolts then that's why your are running more psi. When shims are put there it makes it more difficult for the actuator to open so it takes more psi before the actuator opens the wastegate.
