I would suggest you give driftmotion a call, they seem to have decent stuff, they can get you master and slave cylinders, and the also have a nice stainless clutch line.

lol, sounds like me, when I put the 5spd in my Ranger the master cylinder was a pita, it didn't line up with the clutch pedal, which was another battle it self. I had to fab up a adapter so it would work. After that I said, never again!
