check fuel pressure. but first since its been sitting for 3 years i would go ahead and change the fluids the fuel filter. spark plugs, wires, stuff like that then try it. i have seen a cars fuel filter stop up when nothing is going through it for a while kinda like gum up. but never stopped working. if your not getting enoguh fuel your not gonna get power. same with air check intake clean filter. or replace depending on what your doing. but i would recommend check fuel pressure on a 1989 toyota supra turbo 7mgte it should be around 35-45 psi running. when you turn the key it should go up to somewhere around there if it doesnt i would first change fuel filter then check agian.

parts you need:

fuel pressure kit
line dissconnect tool
metric set of wrenches
sockets and rachets

its very simple the fuel filter is located right next to the lsd ( limited slip differential) i dont remeber exactly where but close really close. then check it out agian with the fuel pressure guage.. also since its been sitting for 3 years the gasoline might have lost its volatility so you might wanna get some 93 octane and throw in there and see if that helps. or octane booster thats prolly a better price then 4 something damn dollars for a gallon. if that doesnt work post that it didnt work and i will try to come up with something else.
