Turbo Upgrade for 87 MK3

whats up i have a 1987 mk3 with a 7m-gte. 5sp, bored 40 over, eagle rods, je pistons. right now im running 10psi on stock IC, Injectors, and Turbo. but i have Lexus AFM, 550cc RC injectors and still looking for a decent IC kit w/ hardpipes but i dont know whether to do a t/4 conversion and if so what all do i need to consider in doing that OR should i have my ct26 worked and if so what is a good shop to send it to. thanks
