Okay... gotta step back a little here.

When you turn the key in the ignition do the warning lights all come on (they're supposed to)?
Does the engine turn over when cranked?
Is the Air Flow Meter connected?
Is the Fuel pump resistor pack and relay in place and connected (they're the two silver thingies with a big round yellow connector, located on the passenger tire well)?
Have you tested the impedance of the injectors with a multimeter (the specs are listed in the link I posted earlier)?

If jumping FP and B+ does not turn on the fuel pump then the fuel pump or it's wiring is faulty. You really should rent a fuel pressure gauge to make sure the pump isn't turning on and just quiet... there's a fair difference in the amount of noise made just by having a full tank of gas as opposed to an empty one.

Do you have any error codes?
