Hi there, I am new here and have recently bought a 1987 3.0i 7M-GE manual in awsome condition, and I would like to start the long road towards upgrading the engine, bigger brakes and better suspension etc.
First, you guys in the states have no idea how good you have it - the price I had to pay here was just under $11000! I am in South Africa and cars here are @#%@% expensive... Anyways, I don't think I will have cash to even afford gas, but it was a dream fulfilled!
Where do I start - I am going to keep this car forever and would like to get the most out of it - turbo for starters, then all the rest after that?
I have also never taken an engine apart, so treat me like a three year old
All and any help would be fantastic.
