you can install the studs yourself, just follow the procedure that comes with them. also if you get a metal headgasket, you will need to make sure the RA of the block is below 25 or it wont seal correctly and will bhg again. if you want to just replace the headgasket, a oem will work, just dont turn the boost too high.
