The accordian hose heading into our turbo is of poor design, it makes the air more turbulent. I doubt replacing would increase your boost any just allow it to breathe a little easier.
Cooleeze Custom Performance sells one fore about 120 shipped but has a very long delay on it. Also
935 Motorsports Home Page has one for about the same price, however it doesnt looked to be the same quality.
