Thanks to all. I'll go for getting the correct replacement motor. To answer a question, the motor that is in there now knocks very loudly. I was told it was a rod bearing although it is just as loud at the top of the motor as it is on the bottom. (Problem occured after the head gasket was replaced, 131k miles.) Oil pressure is pretty low too. I don't think it would be cost effective to rebuild it with current availability of used motors.
