Here's what's going on with it.

You have 2 seedy guys buy your own discription.
Selling a car that is barely running if any at all.

You have no way of knowing or determining on the spot any thing past a band aid.

It's got multiple things wrong and when you mess with one you switch the others and you end up at a dog and pony show with your pud in your hand thinking, I guess I'll throw more money at it and replace every damn thing cause it's a piece o shite.

I apologize for my remarks about your spelling.

This car. You have to start with the ABSOLUTE BEST that you can find.

This car you're looking at has owners upon owners of headaches attached to it. You have no choice if you buy it. And you want it to run right.

You have to rebuild the entire thing from the block up.

You could spend 6 months researching parts and still be inconclusive.
You can throw money at parts and all it will get you is out in the garage smoking tweed to cd's while you work on your whip.

No corner can be cut that won't bite you in the a$$ later.
No expense can be spared. And then the time it takes if you do it yourself to save money to be able to get the quality parts.

You're looking at spending 5k upon purchase of the thing. And you don't even know it.

Save your 400$ and keep LOOKING.

That being said.

You get what you pay for and good luck.
