Mark's MKII is on a distinguished road

If this car is in good shape and all original, I wouldn't do a swap. You don't find many low mileage Supras and they are becoming more valuable everyday.

With that being said, you need to find an MKIII that has been wrecked or otherwise damaged but with a good drive train.
You need the motor, wiring harness and computer, PS pump, and alt. The stock inter-cooler and piping from the 7m will fit in our cars but you may want upgrade while your doing the swap.
The W58 will mount up to the 7m with no problems but you'll need to upgrade the clutch. The 5m motor mounts will fit the 7m you just move them toward the front in the next set of holes.
The wiring is the most difficult problem of the swap.

I know there is alot I have forgotten to add, but that will get you started.

Last thing I've got to say is if this car is a great car, keep it as it is. You'll put more money in it... to do the swap then you will ever get out of it. But if it's a keeper it will go up in value if you keep it all original.
