Want to buy a supra need help plz

I want to buy a supra but a little confused on what to buy. I know the 2JZGE engines are good but I want to buy a nonturbo supra now and then in a year or so buy a turbo kit for it. Do the nonturbos have the 2JZGE engine or no? If not how much would it cost to do a complete swap?

I found a 1995 Supra Sport Roof with 122K with an asking price of $6k. It seems like a good deal, but what do you guys think?
