How can I make my blown engine Supra back into something that will run for 5 years?

I have a 1991 7MGE Supra and recently the engine burned out from lack of oil. The engine had around 180,000 miles. I want this car to run for another 5 years at least. It has a new radiator, transmission, clutch, battery, tires, muffler, and starter. How many more years could I get with a rebuilt engine and how many more years could I get with a new engine with around 40-60k miles? Are there any other parts in the car that I should be worried about?

I will be working on this car in the next half year and hopefully bring it back to prominence. To start I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find an online copy of the owner's manual?
