The squeek is likely a brake pad, and as the rotor comes around, the pad 'barely' touch a spot on the rotor. This light touch will create a tiny vibration, will will sound squeelish. Got it now on my drivers side rear. Pads and rotor are good. It started when I removed the pads and then put them back.

I(and You) need to remove the pads and apply some brake stop squeel on the back side of the pads that touch the caliper.
