Check the power running to the master window switch. The passenger side switch is powered through the master and if the master isn't recieving power the passenger switch won't work.

I don't know of anything else that's specific to the window's power. The 30A circuit breaker powers the master switch, but also the locks and power seat.


EDIT: heh, guess what both of your porblems have in common.... the 7.5A Gauge fuse. Although I think if it were that fuse more things wouldn't be working.
