JDM swap, now engine light, please help

Hi, I just got my engine swapped for a JDM one ( in my 88 Supra turbo) IT got another 7MGTE put in. I picked it up yesterday, and it is already throwing engine codes. IT only seems to do it when braking, so I checked fluids, it was fine. So I did the Dio. and came up with 4 codes

14- Ignition Signal
24- Intake Air Temp Sensor Signal
31-Air Flow Meter Signal
42- Vehicle Speed Sensor Signal

Can anyone help me possibly fix this or tell me what to start looking at?

I tried the shop where I had the swap done, but they were no help. They say they were only paid to do the swap, and that it isnt their problem. Plus, i would rather not deal with them, as it took them a MONTH to do the swap ( I was quoted 3 days)

Any help would be greatly appreciated
