Put a tester on one of those wires in the A-Pillar and see which one reacts when you turn the key on. That will find your ignition line. I would wire them into the dimmer switch on the left side of the steering wheel for the lighting. That way, if they are too bright at night you'll be able to dim them with the dash gauges.
