Its the one at the end of the cable in the transmission, the one the cable connects to.
Pop off the cable and spin it, you should see a slight deflection on the speedometer. You might even try and move it wirh a cordless screwdriver on low speed but Ive allways been able to see something by spinning the cable by hand.
