Look for anything that don't look right, and then if everything appears to be kosher i would go ahead and see if i could pull some codes from her. You could also maybe do a transmission oil pressure test. Another option since its a automatic, maybe something to do with torque converter. But start with the most obvious and do a visual inspection of everything.
