you need to tap into the ECU, all government restrictions are set in the ecu, some engine management programs allow you remove the speed limiter as well as the rev limiter, when you get it tuned or if you tune it yourself, the program you use, unless its piggyback can remove both limiters...the rev limiter can be reset, but watch out...too high and youll grenade the motor, the speed limiter...dont know why you would want to remove it unless youre gonna use it to race...otherwise...id call you stupid for going over 120 on public roads
