You should be able to turn the bulb+holder out of the headlight, from the rear (about 1/3 of a turn). Depending on whether you're changing the driver's side or the passenger side, you may have to remove the battery box or the air cleaner assembly to get to the back of the headlight.

That assembly then comes out of the back of the headlight, and looks something like this (except it's still attached to the oem wiring harness):


After that, just swap bulbs and reverse the process. Be sure to use a clean towel to change the bulb - do not touch it directly with your hands.
