I used this MLS ....for my N/A with a slightly milled head. Ishino is what Toyota used OEM, but now improved design for better sealing, and BHG control.

I spent hrs on the net researching supra headgaskets. Mine is N/A with only slight mods. I wanted to do the best job I could to never have a BHG again. Almost 2 years later, and daily 'hotrod' driving, no troubles.

Don't just throw a gasket on there. Take the head to a good machine shop and have it checked for warpage & cracks, a valve job, touch up milling and valve lash adjustment.
