The front ones where the turn signals are, are held in by the screw in the turn signal and the screw inside the wheel well. The ones on the front fenders in front of the door are held in by a screw in the wheel well and a clip, the ones on the door are held in by clips, and the ones on the back are held on by screws. To get to the screws you'll pretty much have to disassemble the entire rear interior.

Edit - I think the ones on the door may be held in by a screw or 2. Take the door panel off to make sure. Thats not that hard to do either. Just a couple of screws on the front of the panel and a couple under the carpeted pocket on the bottom of the door. Then the top is just hooked onto the top of the door. So just lift the bottom and pull up on it, dont forget to disconnect the light in the corner along with the window switches.
