Go to SM and look for Supragirl she is from New Zeland I think she replaced those seals when she painted her car.

Also I used to make cars convertable as a side job and the way we would do it is to scuff the rubber in the questionable area with 36-60 grit sand paper. Get some black RTV and add silicone and shape it to the desired shape using syliva on your finger, for some reason syliva works pretty good at keeping the silicone from sticking to your finger as you work it. Then when it is starting to set up get a sandwich bag and put it over the soft silicone and close the doors and windows and let it setup a couple hours. If it dosent do the trick trim it off with a razor and try again.

Keep a couple of clean paper towels handy during the whole ordeal, Silicone spreads everywhere. Throw each papertowel away as soon as you finish wiping your hands. If you dont you will be shocked at how far the silicone spreads.
