Default Fixing Valve Covers

I did mine, and I'm not that mechanically inclined. I know what I'm supposed to do but I'm all thumbs. Take lots of pictures and get diagrams from the TSRM. Mark off your hoses so you know what goes where, use a cup cake pan to put nut and bolts in (Mr.Nick taught me that trick) and have a good ratchet set with a elbow and two extensions. Study the diagrams and you'll get the throttlebody and half the intake manifold off. Then you can replace the gaskets. You might want to change those philips head bolts holding down the valve covers, I did. You might have trouble getting some of those off. I used a hack saw and sawed a straigt line across the top and used a straight head screwdriver on a couple of them. You'll also be able to change out the plugs and use a shop vac to remove all that oil you say is in there. Might as well change the wires while your at it. Good Luck.
