1) HKS/GReddy don't offer any 60mm turbo kits for the Mk4. Only the HKS GT wastegate is 60mm, coincidentally.
2) The smallest HKS turbo (T04R) and the smallest GReddy turbo (T78) are both about 67mm. They're good for about 675rwhp-700rwhp through a 6spd without cams, and about 725rwhp-775rwhp through a 6spd with cams.
