Jack ure car up, And see if you can move the wheel by hand. If you cant, It is probably the off balance wheels or alignment. If you can move it, Locate the joint thats allowing it to move, And you have your problem. These cars are comon for steering ball joint and front bearing issues. Goodluck with your diagnosis!

I had an inspection done and the front checked out fine, thats why it is killing me right now, I'm thinking its the caliper and rotor.
