the new foam is a good idea i have had to replace head liners in a few car and it isnt all that hard to do i havnt head of the other glue the f2?? or whatever it was but i have alwas had good luck with a 3m spray glue most parts stores carry it but when you glue it together spray the to surfaces that are going to be glue together let it drie until it is drie to the touch the stick it together it is best to have a friend help cus once it sticks together it is hard to get back apart without having it start over and if you have it apart you might as well have some fun and customize it get some of that 1/4 inch foam craft poster board walmart usaly has it and cut out a cool pattern and glue it between the headliner and the fabric but make sure to cut all the sides at an angle or the fabric wont lay out right i did a toyota emblem it looks prtty cool i will try and post a pic for you to look at
