Think of reliability (and streetability) as a sliding scale, not as something that a car either is or isn't. In other words, if you want it to be just as reliable as stock, don't modify it. That said, imo you could proabably achieve a reasonable level of reliability for daily driving up to about 550rwhp or so. After that point, you're getting into extensive modifications (eg complete fuel system replacement, auto tranny or clutch issues, big turbos that are most efficient at a boost level that requires race fuel, etc.).

P.S. There are no problems with 1000hp and the oem 6spd, oem motormounts, or oem diff. They all easily handle that horsepower level.

NB: Please consider posting any help requests in a new thread instead of asking me for help privately. About 99.9+% of the time, private help requests end up covering great information that could be very valuable to other forum members. If you have a good reason for needing the help request to be private, I'll consider it. If not, then why not give everyone else the opportunity to pitch in too, and/or learn from the information? Remember, there's no such thing as a dumb question. We're all here to help within this family of Supra owners.
