is your supra manual or auto.?
if its manual,make sure you take the clutch fork out before trying to pry out the engine,if u dont it will never come out.
also what i did to make things easyer is disconect the harness at the PCM and out through the firewall hole instead of taking the time of doing every single sensor wire ,specially the ones under the intake manifold...it saves your back..!!
