Thumbs up Things I've researched and done

Go to FAQs section and read the "exhaust system researched' thread.

Then, a 'cone' air filter kit from an ebay store for your model. I paid $25 shipped 3 years ago. (You need the 3" adaptor in the kit to mount a filter to the AFM).

Go to the SOGI site and look up mods to the AFM. It lightens the spring tension on the trap door. Quicker throttle responce.

Get a 5/16" hose barb splice (I used a threaded brass piipe), or any piece of tubing that will fit tight, and by-pass the coolant hoses to the throttlebody. This allows the air entering the manifold to be cooler.
Cooler air = HPs.

Make sure all vacuum lines are good. Make sure Dist. cap and rotor and wires are good.

Set timing to 15*.
