tony! or anyone elese...what would you use to unscrew the bezel at the base of the antenna because i need to fix mine also.

The motor worked, but the antenna itself was slightly bent, so it never went all the way down and had ended up with surface rust on it.
The bezel at the base, i used circlip pliers and twisted the two lugs anti clockwise until it was loose enough to remove by hand.
