Yep... I got it off. It was pretty easy. Once you take the grill, parking and fog lights out, it was pretty easy to see and take the screws in the grill area off. It probably would have been easier to take the wheels off or at least turn them while I was taking the nuts off that attach the cover to the fender, but I managed to get them off. The splashguards in the wheel wells have to be pulled back to see and get at the nuts in the fender area.

BTW... there are 3 nuts on each side attaching the cover to the fender and not 5.
