95 non turbo SUPRA have Problem , Helppppppp9

RPM idle going up and down , sometimes it die when i put it in neutral .

MAS air flow sensor are change , Idle Control Module (Throttle body) are new . i take out the Thermostat so the coolant can flow but still same problem .

anyone please help..........
