Head rework

I am rebuilding a used JDM motor and was wondering about what the head rework should cost. I want to go with the metal headgasket and I know about the finish on the block and head. That I can do myself with a lapping machine (benefit of working at a remanufacturing shop!) I am located in Memphis and looking for a good machine shop to rework the head and turn the crank. Does anyone have an idea of about what that would cost?
