...and you don't need to run head studs (vs oem head bolts) unless you're planning to run a huge turbo & upgraded fuel system in the near future.
The head was destroyed when the block was destroyed. Because of low octane one piston has got a hole in it and it went through the piston and into the block and destroyed it.
The FCD seems to work fine. No fuel cuts anyway.

The shortblock and head costs alot more if I would have bought it from my local Toyota dealer. And yes I?ve purchased a head gasket and all other things I need.

I?m maybe thinking of upgrading to a larger turbo and fuel system in the summer.
