Value of G reg Supra

Hi, i am asking about the value of a G reg supra that is parked up the road from me. i witnessed someone reversing into it a week ago which left a dent in the front wing. i left a note on the windscreen giving the number plate of the car that hit it and my number etc. however a week later the letter is still there and it is looking like its been left there awhile. i was debating to find out wether the car still has an owner and weather they would want to get rid of it. its a white supra with a 3 litre engine am not sure what year it is, its a G number plate i think that makes it an 1989 model? oh its also an auto. what would the people on this forum think is a reasonable offer? also what length of time do people think i should leave the letter on the windscreen? many thanks
