Well the 6M is basicly a 7m short block with a 5m head..They are rated at 190hp and with some easy mods you should get 200 to 220 easy..First get rid of the EGR if you can. That should free up at least 5hp right there..Have the block decked to bump the compresion and get a HKS metal head gasket..Header and a full exhaust should free up some more along with a upgraded ignition..Pull the intake and have the head and intake port matched with each other..The plastic intake ducting should be replaced with a one peice unit to make air delivery smoother with a open air element air filter..After the intake and exhaust mods youll need to put some more fuel in which can be done by modding the MAFS..Now you should have the power of a stock 7M..If you add a turbo you should put everything above aside and you should get atleast a 50 to 60% increase in power..That will put a stock 6M at the 300hp barrier..More power is great and all but i decided to put my baby on a diet..Stock the MKII is about 3000lbs +..Ive gotten mine down to 2700 with my 170 in it..Good kuck..
