Thumbs up Do it right the first time.

I would get the turbo mtr and build it in the garage while I drive the car. Then do the swap when its ready to drop in.
Cheap enough for now, on the n/a would be a K&N cone filter. You can get an adaptor for the AFM off ebay.
A cat-back exhaust will get you some power.

Do all the maintenance and other upgrades stuff over the next couple months. Brakes, cooling system, all the stuff fixed that needs repair, stereo, tinting, etc.

Do your research for things you'll want, like gauges, tires, performance brakes, LSD diff, clutch, etc. $$$$
