the money you will "save" going n/a (insurance wise) you will spend more in turboing, buring up your motor, and not passing smog
just go with a stock turbo and youll be supraized how fast the car is and wont have to upgrade anything
ps na or turbo look to spend close to 15-20k (for car+tune up+inspection+repairs) so plan on working 2 jobs or 9 if working @ BK
