Yep, as kwnate mentioned, they appear on eBay every once in a while.
Here is where my post becomes useful:
My friend told me that he used a Dremel tool to modify his 4" encloser. I did not see his work, but got the sense that he did a good job--he is a handy guy.
Just something to consider. I know him from outside of the forums. (Never seen him post.) Too bad he isn't on to make us a write up.
