Oil leaks on turbo

Hey everybody, I just bought a 88 supra (7mgte). the car runs nice but my turbos leaking oil. I noticed my air filter is cloged up with oil too. i dunt knw toomuhc bout turbo. this is my first car with turbo, so someones gona have to help me out. i want to knw what couldve caused it and also how can i prevent it from happengin again. the guy i bought off he also gave me another turbo incase this one goes. i dunt knw if i should jus slap the other turbo on or fix watevers leaking first then put the other turbo.
