Default Trailer Tow Bar/Hitch for Lexus V8 modified JZA70 Supra

Need to fit a tow hitch to my 1990 JZA70 Supra hack that I chucked a 1UZFE and 5 speed into. Borrowed one off a friend to use as a pattern; it literally bolts to 4 x threaded holes in the rear bumper - and nothing else. I will be towing approx 1200 kg for 1500 km and have concerns over it remaining attached to the car!

Anyone out there with a tow bar/hitch and able to tell me:
1. How and where it is attached (bolted thru drilled holes in unibody/bolted to rear towing eyes/stabiliser bars running under trunk/boot floor etc).
2. What sort of load rating they have on their hitch?
3. Any thoughts on the best solution? Given the mess the monkeys at the towbar shop made to our St215 GT-T Caldina I don't want to let them near another of our cars.

Thanks

Phil
