looking to buy a '95 TT

Seen a silver 95 TT that has been slightly modified. Looking to buy it as it looks quite clean etc... just few body scratches...but im getting it repainted anwyays, so im not too bothered.

just a few quick questions. what should i be looking for when taking it for a test drive? Has this year got any known major faults etc...??

I know the intercooler has been changed to a Blitz one, blitz induction kit and also new exhaust. What sorta performance gains would this have over the stock stuff?
