This plan was aborted when the alignment shop said they wouldn't align the car if I did something like that. I'm pursuing other ways of raising the front ride height to specification by replacing with new or used parts.

Original post:
If anyone has a front shock with TEMS in pieces, I would appreciate it if you could post the following measurements. The inside and outside diameter of the spring top and the diameter of that metal cone where the spring rests with the rubber pad removed. Reason is I'm considering putting on one of those adjustable spring devices to get the ride height correct in order to do a proper wheel alignment since those numbers are based on a ride height in front of 211.5 mm from the ground at the center of the front camber bolt on both sides. The rear ground height is already spot on. The front is low 1.0 cm on the passenger side and 1.4 cm on the drivers side which explains why my drivers side tire is wearing more on the outside since they adjusted the most camber they could and it was still out of spec. If you're going to take one down, use a proper spring compressor because the assembly will fly apart without one causing possible injury.

Thanks, Bru
