[Old Man Supra]

Hmmmmmmmm Had a strange thing happen to me here this morning when I took my Supra out for a drive. Everything WAS working...........car started right up and idled just as it normally does,took off and went down the road about a mile and hit the brakes for a stop sign and the engine died [and for some strange reason my speedometer stopped working, it was working just fine yesterday along with all the other gauges,lights,etc.] Turned the key and the car started right up[And each time it happened when I had to stop] and driving around town and on the highway it has no issues and it runs great............ UNTIL I have to stop the car for a stop sign or light. Weird! Lose wire? dirty fuel filter?...........I don't think its the latter as it runs so well it all other respects but..............puzzling. First real issue I have had other that brake light problem awhile back. The brakes seem to be shutting the car off when coming to a stop.........crazy! I appreciate your help.
